General Terms and Conditions
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Relax Music Lounge, Feldkirch (MUSIC & RECORDING LABEL) and their customers at the time the contract was concluded.These terms and conditions apply exclusively and deviations can only be accepted if Relax Music Lounge has agreed to them in individual cases.2. Contract conclusion
If the customer sends an order to Relax Music Lounge, applies the following conditions to the ordered products. With the order, purchaser confirms, that he is familiar with business terms and he agrees with them. The product descriptions and representations of the items specified in the Relax Music Lounge online shop are define in detail. The customer know of the use the product. If you have any questions, Relax Music Lounge will provide you with technical information.3. Delivery of the ordered goods
Relax Music Lounge delivers the ordered goods quickly as possible to the address specified by the customer in the order. The information about delivery times are non-binding.
4. Our reservation of ownership
The goods remain our property until full payment.
5. Right of use
The customer is entitled to use the MP3 files on any computer or player. The MP3 files may only be used by one person on one computer or player, never on two or more computers or players at the same time, neither by the same customer nor by different people. The right of use only applies for the original data record of the purchased MP3 files. The customer can make a backup copy of the MP3 files, but may not use it in addition to the original data. Without the written consent of BISTROJAZZ, the customer is not entitled to use, reproduce, distribute, rent, lend, pass on to third parties or use the MP3 files in any other way than described for the processing and arrangement of the customer (including film) otherwise used for music and multimedia works, etc., for reproduction and distribution in order to change or remove the copyright notices, other legal reservations, serial numbers and other features for identifying the data contained in the files.
The MP3 files may not be passed on to third parties, unless the customer finally stops using the files and does not retain a copy.
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer is not entitled to revoke his declaration of intent to conclude a contract of the order.
Cancel the order is not possible and we will not refund you the payment you have made.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for deliveries by email or download via the Internet online shop, since files provided online are not suitable for return.
7. Payment
The purchase price will become due immediately on the conclusion of the contract.
Payment is made via PayPal or Credit Card.
8. Liability
BISTROJAZZ is liable for defects that are present at the handover within the legal warranty period.
Faulty data due to e-mail dispatch, download problems etc. will be replaced.
Relax Music Lounge is not liable for defects caused by the customer’s external computer programs.
9. Warranty
For the goods we sell, we do not assume any guarantee that goes beyond legal liability.
10. Privacy
Your customer data will be processed and stored by us in compliance with the regulations.
Your personal data will only be saved for certain and legitimate purposes.
You have the right of information, to correct, block and delete your stored data.

Your personal data, including your home and email address, will not be passed on to third parties. This does not apply to our service partners, who require the transmission of data for order processing.
11. Final regulations
This agreement is governed by Austrian law
The ineffectiveness of individual provisions does not affect the remaining effectiveness of the contract and these general terms and conditions.
